Ingredients:
½ Trader Joe’s Pkg of frozen shrimps
1 tbsp capers with juice
1 tbsp Minced garlic with juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Black Pepper
Paprika
Ginger
Turmeric
Directions:
Transport the shrimps to a glass dish and thaw it overnight in the fridge. Next day, mix the shrimps with all the other ingredients but the olive oil. Keep in the fridge for couple of hours. Turn on the oven to medium high heat. In a pan, heat the oil, and then add the shrimps mix. Cook each side for 2-3 min. or until the shrimp is not translucent anymore.
Tips:
Take it easy with the black pepper if you like the dish to be on the mild side.
For garnish you may sprinkle Italian parsley.
This main dish goes well with fresh salad.
