This is me. Diana. I will lie to you if I would say that I have always liked reading and writing. My journey with creativity has started first with visuals, second with listening to stories from elders in my family and strangers that I have met along the way. Then I have discovered the passion for reading and writing. Writing would come to me in different times, but not exactly when someone tells me to write an essay for school, or an article for work.
Writing a short story or a poem starts as an urge, a need to express myself in this medium, to say something that I feel others may find a need to read as well. Some of my writings may be dressed as encouragements, or inspirations, or an eye opener in regards to different situations in life for anyone who reads them, including me, because I like to return back to them. It can happen in the middle of the night, or in the middle of driving. Actually, many of my writing ideas start when I take a walk.
This blog and the rest of the creative projects to come are work in progress. I do love this creative path that I have decided to take. It is challenging at times and also revealing to me new things.
